- Alternate Dispute Resolution
- We represent clients in Domestic and International Arbitrations and in related court proceedings for
interim protection, appointment of arbitrators, enforcement of or challenge to awards. Whenever viable, we
support our clients in exploring opportunities for amicable settlement of disputes and assist with
pre-litigation mediations
- Banking & Insolvency

We represent and advise Creditors, Debtors, Insolvency Professionals and Resolution Applicants in
proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. With our sound business and domain knowledge,
we provide comprehensive strategy advice to ensure best outcomes for our clients.
We advise on Banking laws, including structuring of loans, bonds, debentures, and other instruments. We
assist clients with compliances under the foreign exchange regulations. We also represent clients in
proceedings under the Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Other Financial Institutions Act, 1993, the
Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and
other banking laws.
- Civil & Commercial Litigation
- We represent clients in civil and commercial litigation before original-side and appellate courts,
including in proceedings relating to enforcement of contracts, shareholder & joint venture disputes,
property rights, injunctions, inheritance, and legacy laws etc. We have extensive experience in conducting
trials and recording of evidence.
- Company Law
- We provide full legal support to clients on Company Law right from the stage of incorporation and
structuring to representing clients in shareholder disputes and other legal proceedings before the
National
Company Law Tribunal & its Appellate Tribunal. We advise on inter-corporate transactions and assist
clients
with statutory compliances and corporate governance to ensure protection of shareholding and other
contractual rights of our clients. We also advise clients in punitive proceedings under the Companies Act.
- Competition Law

We represent and advise clients in proceedings before the Competition Commission of India (“CCI”), the
NCLAT
and the Supreme Court. We also provide strategic advice regarding vertical and horizontal business agreements. We
advise clients on business decisions and compliance under competition law in all their dealings.
- Corporate Advisory
- We provide corporate and regulatory advice and services to clients pertaining to commercial transactions
in India including drafting and review of B2B & B2C contracts, transfer of shares, shareholding and joint
venture agreements, debt instruments, partnership deeds, etc. We also support clients by providing legal
opinions and advice on inter-corporate transactions, structuring, liability and risk-mitigation, statutory
compliances, and legal due diligence.

We advise and represent clients in proceedings under Indian Penal Code, 1860, Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 and matters pertaining to Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, Information Technology Act, 2000,
Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act,
2005, Companies Act, 2013, Competition Act, 2002, and Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
- Digital & Media Laws
- We represent clients before Courts, with respect to allegations of defamation. We also advise
businesses, artists, print, electronic and online media, advertising, publishing, and production houses at
every stage of creation, production and marketing of their products and work, documentary, or
non-documentary.
- Employment & Labour Laws
- We represent and advise clients on disputes arising from employment contracts, issues of human
resources, law governing payment of gratuity, provident fund, wages, bonus, ESI, compensation, maternity
benefits, trade unions, industrial and factory disputes, compliances under employment and labour laws.
- Forex Laws
- As part of our corporate advisory services, we advise clients on forex laws and compliances. We provide
end-to-end services for setting up businesses in India and for post-incorporation operations. We provide
legal advice on Indian investment policies and regulations and provide support on strategy and
risk-mitigation.
- Intellectual Property
- We represent clients in IP litigation relating to patents, trademarks, designs, and copyright, including
proceedings for protection, prosecution, infringement, and revocation. We also assist clients to obtain
and defend IP by assisting in registration, prosecution, pre and post grant opposition, and in proceedings
for revocation. We also advise on licensing, assignment, technology transfer and work product agreements
to enable our clients to best protect and leverage their IP rights.
- Public Law

We represent clients in writ proceedings for enforcement of personal and fundamental rights guaranteed by
the Constitution of India and for enforcing the constitutionality of laws and State actions
- Real Estate
- We conduct property due diligence for banking and financial institutions and real estate developers. She
has advised clients on land revenue matters, assisted clients on land revenue records and on issues
pertaining to the Land Reform Acts of various States across India.
- Personal Law

We advise and represent clients in matters pertaining to Hindu Marriage Act, Muslim laws of marriage,
Special Marriage Act, 1954, succession and inheritance, and guardianship and custody.
- Environment
- We advise and represent clients in matters pertaining to the Environment Protection Act, 1986, Air
(Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974,
Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Act, 2005, Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980, the Wildlife Protection Act,
1972, the Indian Forest Act, 1927 and the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
- Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH)
- We specialize in cases relating to women and children. Our Partners are part of internal complaint
committees of various companies and also conduct workshops on POSH.
The key objective is to equip individuals and corporates with knowledge on concepts and issues on gender;
enable them to analyze the legislative framework under the Act; the Supreme Court guidelines given in
Vishakha Case; as well as other legal provisions relating to sexual violence and develop an understanding
of structures that perpetuate gender inequalities at workplace.
We prepare modules setting out practical guidance on the implementation of the Act. This includes Modules
targeted at capacity building of key employees; training of committee members, facilitating constitution
of the sexual harassment committee and providing an insight into trial procedures; and training the
Members of the Board on issues of gender sensitization and overall compliance with the Act.
We organize workshops for target audience as above, which involve interactive group discussions, case
studies, group exercises etc.
