Pawan started his career as a practising company secretary and after 13 years of extensive experience, enrolled as an advocate in the year 2016. Since then, he has been practicing as a lawyer and advises on corporate and commercial laws.
Pawan has extensive experience in handling cases relating to shareholder disputes, insolvency, corporate restructuring including Mergers & Acquisitions, and other matters under the Companies Act, 2013. Pawan appears extensively before NCLT and NCLAT.
Pawan enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2016 and is a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association. He is also a fellow member of ICSI. He is visiting faculty member at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) and other educational institutions in Delhi-NCR. Pawan completed B.Com. (Hons.) in Accounts from Ranchi University, Ranchi and B.A. LL.B. from CCS University, Meerut, UP.
